Developing your leaders of today for tomorrow

The General Management Executive Program by NCM Institute® is a comprehensive professional development program that will equip your current and future executives for long-term success. 

Program Objectives

  • Provide a comprehensive General Manager development program, with ongoing support and guidance, to new or future dealer principals, general managers and other executive level managers
  • Develop the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to be a successful executive in today's retail automotive industry
  • Create documented action plans to drive practical and measurable dealership solutions through the duration of the program 
  • Assist participants in successfully managing dealership demands, as well as managing the impact of the dynamic nature of the industry itself

Program Overview

  • Each session is 2 1/2 days in duration; courses are held at NCM's Headquarters in Overland Park, KS beginning August 6, 2012
  • Classroom instruction is held continuously each day, with individual or group work in the evenings
  • Class size is limited to 25 students
  • The core program is facilitated by members of the NCM Institute faculty. Each member has deep retail automotive dealership management experience and is actively working with clients in their dealerships on a regular basis
  • Participants must successfully complete all 6 class sessions and all inter-session assignments in order to be awarded a certificate of completion
