Susy joined Travel Solutions in August 1997 to assist 20 Group members in making travel  arrangements for their meetings. She has 29 years of experience in the travel industry in a variety of different positions; working with large corporations throughout the country, international travel and leisure travel, with a specialty in cruises.

Nikki began working at NCM Associates in March 2004. She joined the in-house travel team handling travel reservations for 20 Group member business and personal, along with outside clientele.  Prior to NCM, Nikki was a branch manager for a local travel company, overseeing the Kansas City and St Louis corporate accounts. She has been in the travel industry for over 14 years.
