Garry serves NCM as the Director of the NCM Institute and as a Retail Operations Consultant. Already a proven retail industry consultant, Garry joined NCM Associates in 1995 and brought with him decades of retail automotive experience, both in dealerships as a department manager, general manager, dealer principal and as an employee of General Motors Corporation.

Garry’s extensive retail dealership experience and nearly 25 years as a consultant to automotive dealers makes him the ideal person to ensure the NCM Institute Center for Retail Automotive Excellence is prepared to drive improvement amongst your dealership managers.

Garry currently lives in Jupiter, Florida, and studied Industrial Engineering at General Motors Institute in Flint, MI and Liberal Arts at Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.

BRANDISS WARREN

Brandiss joined NCM in 2011 and serves as the NCM Institute administrative manager. Her responsibilities include attendee registration, administering curriculum updates, and managing all classroom needs to ensure a comfortable learning environment for all attendees. Brandiss will serve as your point of contact for all NCMi related needs and she stands ready and eager to serve you.

Prior to joining NCM Associates, Brandiss attended Duke University where she studied psychology. She currently resides in her hometown of Overland Park, Kansas.
